What no Insurance Company  nor Insurance Agent can tell you is this:-
There is little difference in quality of insurance coverage or claims processing between Insurance Companies in California.
Why? Because the State has the Insurance Industry so well regulated that any problems can be corrected simply be complaining to the state and recompense is paid for in advance from the fees paid to a state mandated fund, by the Insurance Companies (for the right to do business here).
So it is best to ignore the ratings given to Insurance Companies and simply go to the cheapest.
