2023 Before the ~16 outdoor Pickleball Courts and Tennis courts

Airport Sports Complex with old Yardbirds superimposed over it at from same altitude:

• The Sports Complex is 85,000 sq ft with two floors.   

• Yardbirds = 30,000-40,000 sqft  approx. -- close to the same footprint.

The proposed Sports Complex:

“The indoor facility would have two soccer rinks, a baseball and gymnastics training compound, a mezzanine with a kitchen,
a cafe or pub, locker rooms and offices.”

Alternatives may be used. At less cost than a brand new building on eighty 90-feet pilings. 
(A Baseball field already exists at McInnis. Cafe and pubs are one minute walk away from Alternatives)
