Notice the absence of Clapper Rail next to the noisy, lighted
McInnis
access road. They have not HABITUATED to the disturbances.

The road to the Sports Complex  would be equally proximate and create the same Clapper Rail disturbance along the length of the upper creek.

The yellow line along the runway needs to be a 10 foot fence where soccer balls would be stopped. This is in Airport Zone 5. This was never disclosed to Caltrans
