The Potocki v. Wells Fargo Bank is the PRECEDENT used in  Lawsuit and it contains  just about the same complaint.

With a WESTLAW Law Library search you should be able to find it was tried in Sacrament Superior Court and from https://services.saccourt.ca.gov/PublicCaseAccess/  you can find the Register of Actions with a CASE NUMBER search.

Download the original case pleadings after registering and paying for them.

There is no reference to CA Code  2923.6(f)  at the very end of  the case -- it appears later in the Court of Appeal

None of these are on the Lexis Briefs, Motions, Pleadings file.

 I have attached the page showing the register of actions for Billesbach and Potacki. I don’t have the exact date the Conroy action was filed in Placer Superior and my generalized date search brought up nothing.

I'm not sure how far back you can go online. I suspect it is about 10-15 years. You can call the court clerk to confirm that information. 916-408-6000.

I think ther earliest on the conroy search was 2007
but it contains CA code that didn't exist in 2007 ( I think) 2329.6(f)
so doubtful if cast predates 2007 -- more like a glitch in SEARCH when it fails to return on CASE NUMBER PC20130417 alone

Here is an option: fill out the form; write the party names; say you want all the documents in the case; provide a blank check that has a "do not exceed dollar amount on it"
