As you can see from the Averages – there is no increase worth mentioning. But more than this is the unconvincing data from the

three new Bike Paths where $28 Million of Taxpayer’s money was wasted.

Was there an attempt to exclude the tourists renting bikes and traveling in Sausalito, Tiburon, Mill Valley? These bikes are clearly marked as rental.
