Feasibility of SMART PASSING PLACES with
promised TIMETABLE
This is the promised DRAFT TIMETABLE from
2016.
If the PASSING PLACES are accurate then it leaves little room for error at
Cotati and Petaluma ,
I'm fairly sure about the position of the Santa Rosa
Double Tracks (2 miles) but not about the rest of them.
Train takes 67 minutes , leaving every 30 mins.
After one arrives in San Rafael another ( or the same) leaves 3 mins later.
After one arrives at the Airport another leaves after 13 mins.
Mansourian boasted that the train only stops for 30
seconds at a station.

The Airport to San Rafael = 42.8 Miles.
It takes 67 minutes minus 8 station stops on the way at 30 secs per stop = 63
mins. That’s 41mph on average
" In the EIR there are maps for the entire track and
you can see where the 79MPH speed is reached. Maybe Petaluma Bridge – Atherton
may be the only place it is reached. Could be a couple of others."
